The role requires establishing excellent rapport with customers, co-workers, and sales teams. Responsibilities:
Perform service tasks following policies and procedures Work under supervision or independently after training Provide on-site and phone support to customers Coordinate with technical support for issues Implement field change notices and stay updated on safety bulletins and service tips Safety:
Operate safely per guidelines Maintain company vehicle and PPE Follow work hours policy and safety training Report accidents or injuries within 24 hours Administration:
Complete accurate reports and administrative tasks Maintain inventory and company property Customer Satisfaction:
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams Provide estimated arrival times Document maintenance activities Aim for first-time fix and high satisfaction rates Performance Expectations:
Maximize productivity and efficiency Make informed decisions under pressure Maintain proper communication and dress code Meet response time targets Qualifications:
Preferred ASEET or AMEET, or progress towards 4+ years military technical experience 2+ years relevant industry experience Skills:
Effective communication and time management Collaborative attitude Basic site evaluation and electrical testing skills Ability to follow technical documentation Proficient with computers and relevant software Working Conditions:
Travel within and outside district Scheduled and occasional unscheduled maintenance Rotational on-call schedule Pre-employment drug, background, and driving record checks Valid driver’s license with limited violations Physical Requirements:
