The Level 2 Team is the face of IT for our clients, resolving BAU tickets and reacting to escalations. Responsibilities include providing on-site or remote support, troubleshooting, and collaborating across global support groups. Strong communication and technical skills are essential. Responsibilities: Provide deskside IT support Diagnose and resolve desktop problems Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software Use ticket management system to record and resolve issues Collaborate with global support teams Participate in disaster recovery testing Document support procedures and solutions Maintain high customer service standards Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant Desktop Support/Helpdesk experience Experience with printers, PCs, laptops, Win 7/10/11, MAC OS, VPN, Soft Phones, Remote Desktop, VDI Asset tracking and inventory management Support for phones and tablets (Windows, iPhone, Android) Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system Strong communication and customer service skills Proven ability to support clients in financial environments Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and in teams *Salary varies based on experience and qualifications.
