Telecommunications Project Manager Opportunity

Stantec is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of macro or small cell telecommunications projects, ensuring successful and timely delivery and profitability while meeting client KPI's. From planning and execution to monitoring and reporting, the Telecommunications Project Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating various project elements and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Your Key Responsibilities

Managing a Net Revenue target each year from multiple projects, often simultaneously. Establishing billable hour targets for each team member, including the Project Manager, each year. Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, budgets, timelines, project risks, and resource management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project deliverables and milestones. Drafting and issuing proposals or purchase order requests as needed, tailored to the clients' needs. Understanding contracts and A&E contract requirements. Editing or issuing contracts as needed to fit the project. Following established best practices, maintaining project folders and records. Leading project team through the execution phase ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. Regularly updating stakeholders on project status, milestones achieved, and any adjustments to the project plan. Providing exceptional customer service directly to client. Leading client calls as needed and managing client expectations, providing status reports and updates as needed. Ensuring all required project close out documents are obtained. Working with director and team to allocate and manage project resources efficiently to ensure optimal utilization. Working closely with team members, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate tasks and deliverables. Onboarding subcontractors, issuing service orders, and managing vendor payments through MH's procurement system. Developing and managing project budget, tracking expenses, maintaining detailed financial records and accounts. Reviewing financials to determine itemized percent complete as well as overall project percent complete. Providing monthly financial reports and forecasts to senior management in a timely manner. Identifying change order opportunities, requesting and managing change orders. Providing oversight on project invoicing, collections, and AR status. Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders. Addressing stakeholder concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction through the project lifecycle. Implementing established quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed industry standards. Conducting regular reviews and audits to verify compliance with project requirements. Identifying potential risks and developing risk mitigation strategies. Proactively addressing issues to minimize their impact on project timelines and outcomes. Conducting site acquisition and project related tasks as required. Additional duties as required. Skills

Strong customer-focused attitude toward both clients and staff. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Outstanding English language skills (including writing, proofreading, and editing). Strong negotiation skills. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Ability to manage multiple tasks and efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to make appropriate decisions quickly and under pressure. Ability to function in a multi-task environment and be able to follow complex instructions. Ability to leverage technology and systems to effectively and efficiently manage projects, resources, and deliverables. Your Capabilities and Credentials

4+ years previous experience in Project Management with financial responsibility is required. Proven experience as a Telecommunications Site Acquisition Specialist, Engineer, or Project Manager. Proficient in MS Suite of products. Experience with online document systems, such as Oracle and Siterra is a plus. Occasional overtime may be required. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred. In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Benefits Summary
