JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis: Business Analysts gather and analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within an organization. They convert complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers.
Requirements Gathering: They work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and document business requirements, ensuring that technical solutions align with business objectives.
Process Improvement: Client evaluate existing business processes and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity. They often create business process models to illustrate current and future states.
Collaboration: Acting as a liaison, Business Analysts facilitate communication between IT and business teams, ensuring that all parties are aligned on project goals and requirements.
Project Management: They may also be involved in project management tasks, helping to oversee the implementation of solutions and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
