What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through disciplined opportunity management and rigorous pipeline hygiene
Proactively identify and acquire new clients through targeted prospecting and consultative engagement
Cultivate deep relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and effective product demonstrations
Conduct continuous research on industry trends and leverage insights to refine sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred
5-7 years of consultative sales experience with a proven record of exceeding sales targets
Expertise in Retail Analytics, Data SaaS Solutions, and/or AI technologies is ideal
Exceptional strategic negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives
Highly organized with strong pipeline management and sales forecasting skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Demonstrated ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across a matrixed organization
Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed
Experience in mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high-performing sales culture
