$100,000 - $140,000 (+ Bonus and Benefits) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and technically strong
Senior Project Manager
to lead the delivery of complex building structure projects across multiple sectors including healthcare, education, aviation, commercial, and mission-critical environments. The ideal candidate will have a background in structural engineering, with proven leadership in managing teams, clients, and multidisciplinary project coordination. Key Responsibilities: Lead structural engineering design and documentation for medium to large-scale building projects Manage a team of engineers and coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders Perform structural analysis, design, detailing, and review of construction documents Oversee project deliverables to ensure completion within scope, schedule, and budget Provide construction-phase support including RFIs, submittals, and site observations Prepare project reports, specifications, and calculations Maintain strong client relationships and serve as technical liaison Contribute to business development efforts including proposals, interviews, and networking Monitor project performance and collaborate on billing and resource planning Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal training and standards development Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Structural emphasis required) PE license required; SE license and MS degree preferred Minimum 10 years’ experience in structural engineering and project management Proficiency in structural analysis/design software (RAM, Tekla), Revit, and BIM 360 Strong knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood systems Familiarity with U.S. building codes and construction practices Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for mentoring and developing team members Apply Now!
