What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Provide expertise in building, maintaining, and supporting a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake - Collaborate with Finance and Technology leaders to establish strategies for Finance data solutions - Lead design sessions to ensure systems meet business expectations and are well-structured - Analyze business specifications and translate them into technical specifications for implementation - Support the development of analytical solutions for Revenue and Expense reporting
What is Required (Qualifications): - 20+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions, such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, or SAP - 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications - Strong knowledge of data processing and transformation using ETL/ELT tools - Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write, debug, and optimize SQL queries and ETL jobs - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart - Deep understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes - Experience with Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau - Strong problem-solving abilities and project management knowledge - Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively within teams
