Job Overview/Summary

As a CRNA, you will provide essential anesthesia care for patients undergoing a wide variety of surgical procedures. This role involves working in a collaborative environment to ensure high-quality patient care throughout the anesthesia process.

Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia for a diverse case mix, including general surgery, orthopedics, and other specialties Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans Provide anesthesia through various techniques, including general, regional (spinals, arterials), and monitored anesthesia care Continuously monitor patient vitals and respond to any intraoperative complications Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members Assist in patient education and discharge planning

Primary Skills

Proficient in administering general, regional, and anesthesia Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a care team

Secondary Skills (Good To Have)

Familiarity with a wide range of surgical procedures Experience in a high-volume or trauma setting Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

New graduates are welcome to apply Must have a valid state license (or the ability to obtain one) A positive and easy-going attitude is essential

Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package including a $14,000 benefit bucket for medical, life, disability, CME, and more (unused funds are taxed and distributed) 4% profit-sharing after the first year, fully vested immediately 6 weeks of Paid Time Off to start Relocation assistance up to $5,000 $30,000 retention bonus over 3 years Overtime pay at time and a half for hours worked over 40 per week Same-day pay advances (discussed during interview)
