Responsibilities: Design and implement infrastructure architecture roadmaps Lead infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations and system upgrades Oversee networking, server, storage, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMware, Cisco) Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to align tech with goals Ensure compliance with security standards (NIST, ISO) and manage disaster recovery Manage vendors and procurement of infrastructure solutions Mentor junior team members and enforce infrastructure best practices Skills/Must Have: 8+ years in IT infrastructure; 3+ in architecture or senior engineering roles Strong experience with AWS, Azure (or GCP), VMware, Cisco Solid understanding of networking, virtualization, storage, and hybrid environments Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO, NIST) and DR planning Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Benefits: Competitive health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and flexible work arrangements Career growth in a tech-forward, stable organization Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 (depending on experience)
