The Company designs, develops, constructs, and operates biogas powered renewable energy generation systems on dairy farms. Our projects include anaerobic digesters, biogas-powered electric generation, and renewable natural gas upgrading. Position Description Maas Energy Works is seeking a skilled and dedicated Network Specialist to join our Systems to assist build and maintain industrial IT networks. As a Network Specialist, you will play a role in maintaining and optimizing our company's network infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in computer networking to contribute to the success of our organization, and work with our incredible Systems department. Responsibilities Configuration, installation, and documentation of networked devices

Drawings, IP Sheets, SOPs, physical and software labeling, cable labeling standards, hardware installation standards Device backup and disaster recovery Network rack installation best practices Crimp patch cable ends and cable management

Remote management and troubleshooting of computers and network devices

Workstation remote monitoring and management experience Computer backup and disaster recovery Network management experience Troubleshoot point to point links Be able to remotely troubleshoot network connectivity issues Be able to remotely troubleshoot workstation issues such as connectivity or slowness

Organization of installation and maintenance schedules, parts acquisition, and inventory management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement network solutions. Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access. Conduct regular network audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in computer networking. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field a plus but not required. Proven experience as a Network Specialist or in a similar role. Familiarity with network monitoring tools and security software. Strong understanding of network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
