As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you will have the opportunity to connect with our wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions using our extensive range of Sherwin-Williams products. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while helping to achieve the store's sales objectives. In this role, you will engage with customers both in-person and over the phone, build trusted relationships, resolve any queries they may have, and promote our product offerings effectively. To thrive in this position, you must be proactive in learning the features of our products and maintaining high visual standards. Our stores are located at: 400 Lowell Avenue, #12, Haverhill, MA 01832-3696 209 N. Main Street, Andover, MA 02476 175 Elm Street, Salisbury, MA 01952 The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following minimum requirements: Aged 18 years or older Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License Capable of lifting and carrying materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion Available to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends We prefer candidates who have: A High School diploma or GED A minimum of one year experience in retail, delivery, or customer service Previous experience selling paint-related products Experience with tinting and mixing equipment At Sherwin-Williams, we believe in inspiring and improving the world by coloring and protecting what matters.
