Job DescriptionJob Description

The ideal candidate for this Construction Compliance Manager role is self-motivated and a decision maker with excellent analystical and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

Daily review of multiple subcontractor payrolls to ensure compliance requirements are met

Identify potential compliance risks for projects and provide corrective actions

Identify compliance requirements for each project and generate the contract exhibit

Host a kick-off meeting for subcontractors on each project to roll out compliance requirements

Train subcontractors on compliance software

Recruit new subcontractors and assisting subs to become certified if applicable

Provide a weekly compliance update for each project

Take initiative and contact external sources to obtain needed information

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction compliance.

Working knowledge of prevailing wages (Davis-Bacon), Section 3 and wage determinations

Experience with using compliance management software such as LCPtracker, Elations, B2Gnow, OAKS etc.

Exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and effectively organize own schedule to ensure timely completion of job duties

Ability to multi-task several projects simultaneously

Proficient with all MS Office products
