New Business Enablement Partner

As a New Business Enablement Partner, you will strategically collaborate with the global sales leadership team to identify needs and gaps, crafting enablement initiatives that support both new hires and seasoned account executives. You will be responsible for developing and delivering top-tier enablement experiences, while also measuring their effectiveness and impact.
In this role, you’ll have the chance to work alongside sales, marketing, revenue operations, and cross-functional teams to deploy large-scale global enablement programs aligned with key go-to-market priorities. Acting as the voice of our sales organization, you will advocate for their needs and opportunities, contributing innovative ideas to elevate team practices that can establish Showpad as a leader in the enablement field.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement various go-to-market enablement programs focused on enhancing sales performance, reducing ramp-up time, and driving quota attainment.
Utilize competency assessments to craft and deliver enablement activities, setting learning objectives, creating exercises, leading training sessions, facilitating peer learning, and building reinforcement plans.
Conduct needs assessments with sales management to pinpoint gaps in knowledge and skills, process improvements, and better utilization of tools.
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with sales leadership, serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
Oversee large-scale enablement initiatives, such as onboarding, product knowledge, sales strategies, and new processes in cross-functional project environments.
Collaborate with marketing, revenue operations, and other stakeholders to create and share valuable resources, materials, and job aids with the field.
Analyze and report on enablement effectiveness through key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for program enhancements.
Monitor new business sales KPIs and develop strategies to improve performance metrics.
Support sales management in implementing coaching initiatives and larger leadership enablement strategies.
Act as the “Voice of the Field,” documenting and sharing best practices to strengthen our revenue enablement capabilities.
Stay informed on industry trends in sales enablement and define objectives for programs, ensuring execution excellence.
Ensure adherence to Showpad's Value Selling methodology to enhance our proposition for prospects and customers.
Promote the use of our own tools internally to foster seller effectiveness and elevate customer experiences.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience across revenue enablement, sales, sales training, or similar roles.
Demonstrated history of designing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
Strong grasp of sales processes and strategic methodologies.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to articulate enablement outcomes with a commanding executive presence.
Highly organized and self-motivated with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
Skilled in building credibility at all organizational levels.
Familiarity with sales enablement software and tools; knowledge of Showpad is advantageous.
Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
Experience working with global teams virtually, accommodating time zone differences.
