We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manager of Water & Wastewater Process Design to lead our Engineering Design Organization. In this vital role, you will coordinate interdisciplinary technical teams to ensure projects are aligned with client requirements and adhere to relevant regulations. You will play a key role in carrying out the technical scope of projects, crafting work plans in collaboration with Project Managers and Directors, and monitoring project progress in relation to schedule and budget. Your leadership will empower team leads by providing essential resources, facilitating design decisions, and managing QA/QC and client review processes. You will also engage in hands-on activities, from finalizing procurement documents to managing change records, participating in site visits, and contributing to proposal development—creating a positive impact within a collaborative, high-performing team. As a member of our energetic team, you will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of projects, including: Needs Assessment:

Identify emerging issues, uncover potential causes, and engage key stakeholders to pinpoint related challenges. Culture of Innovation:

Foster an environment of innovation by creating collaborative solutions across business units. Engineering Solutions Design:

Develop engineering solutions and validation processes that meet functional, performance, aesthetic, and cost standards in compliance with organizational or regulatory requirements. Engineering Standards Specification:

Analyze data, draft engineering standards, and evaluate effectiveness to ensure high-quality outputs in your engineering discipline while informing organizational practices. Knowledge Management:

Create internal policies, establish best practices, and share case studies to promote knowledge sharing about innovative practices and project outcomes. Health, Safety, and Environment:

Oversee performance monitoring against HSE KPIs, encouraging improvements and addressing noncompliance with company policies. Technical Developments Recommendation:

Advocate for innovative technical advancements to enhance performance and meet project needs more effectively. Professional Supervision:

Lead and ensure professional supervision that fosters development and reflective practices among team members. Feasibility Studies:

Conduct and document complex feasibility studies, including cost-benefit analyses for proposed changes. Project Management:

Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects while keeping senior management informed. Client & Customer Management:

Nurture and manage key client relationships under the guidance of senior staff. What you will bring to the team: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Engineering or relevant technical field. Professional Engineering License or the ability to obtain one. A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing design delivery for large-scale, multi-discipline water and wastewater projects, whether municipal or industrial. Familiarity with scheduling software and cost estimating techniques is preferred. Experience with process modeling, such as BioWin, is a plus. Salary range: $112,800-$188,000 based on experience.
