Senior Marketing Specialist . Senior Marketing Specialist – Your Impact In this role, you ARE the Company’s marketing department, bringing both strategic marketing ideas and the hands-on execution that brings them to life. Be the face of our client relationships
– nurture partnerships, check in regularly, and ensure we’re always exceeding expectations Lead our marketing efforts
– create effective marketing campaigns directed at B2B customers, manage digital presence across social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), oversee branding, and tell our story through fresh, engaging content Travel
up to20% to cover the expanding Sacramento market Create and manage
brochure, magazine, and other print marketing campaigns Develop, define, track
marketing metrics for the company and campaigns Expand our industry footprint
– attend trade shows, expos, and networking events to build connections and represent the company Organize and manage
promotional merchandise (SWAG) for trade show booths and events Partner with the leadership team
– prepare quarterly business reviews, analyze ROI, and provide insights and marketing ideas that shape our growth strategy Strengthen our referral pipeline

Senior Marketing Specialist - Required Skills, Experience & Culture Fit Prior experience with sales or marketing (B2B marketing) including experience with client relationship management and pipeline development Experience with CRM systems used to track and manage client activities Knowledge of Microsoft 360 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS and Smartsheet) You enjoy meeting new people, building relationships and expanding your professional circle Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate ROI and report on performance metrics. Ability to work in office in San Jose, California with frequent travel throughout the Bay Area for association trade shows and other company events, including occasional evening events Experience working in construction, renovation, roofing or related business (preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) Your compensation will be a $100,000 - $140,000 salary, depending on experience, plus annual incentive compensation. You will be provided with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance with company contribution, 401k plan with company match, paid time off, and paid holidays.
