Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBadger State Staffing has an opportunity to join a high-performing team at a premier industrial manufacturing facility in Fond du Lac as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler. In this role, you will construct a variety of electro-mechanical fixtures, ranging in size and complexity, using basic hand tools. What you’ll be doing:
Assemble electro-mechanical components according to schematics and blueprints
Test and troubleshoot products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
Use a variety of hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, to perform assembly and testing tasks
Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Communicate effectively with other members of the team and provide feedback on product design and assembly processes
Document assembly and testing results and maintain accurate records of work performed
Continuously improve product quality and assembly processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting solutions

What you’ll bring to the table:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications and drawings
Proficiency in using hand and power tools, coupled with a problem-solving mindset
Demonstrated work ethic work ethic with a genuine passion for continuous learning and skill development
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and thrive in a manufacturing environment
