We’re seeking a detail-oriented On-boarding Coordinator to join our team, responsible for expediting the candidate on-boarding process and ensuring compliance at every stage. This role requires proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers to guide, train, and resolve any barriers affecting successful and timely completion of on-boarding deliverables.
Spanish speaking preferred. This is a hybrid role with some on-site days in our Mooresville, NC office.
Essential Functions:
Contact candidates via phone and email to ensure receipt and completion of all on-boarding documents and requirements necessary for new hire start.
Resolve or escalate on-boarding issues according to company procedures.
Maintain regular communication with Hiring Managers to track progress on compliance and completion of employee files.
Train Hiring Managers on applicant tracking systems and company on-boarding processes.
Provide candidates with relevant company information and address general inquiries.
Route specific candidate questions related to benefits, recruiting, payroll, HR, or operations to the appropriate departments.
Stay updated on all on-boarding policies and requirements to provide accurate guidance to candidates and managers.
Maintain accurate records and data entry in designated HR and on-boarding systems.
About You Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Highly organized, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, including field staff and executives.
Skilled in managing high call volumes and detailed documentation.
Proficient with multiple online platforms and HR software applications.
Effective problem-solving and professional judgment.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum two years of experience in human resources or related roles.
Training and Equipment:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with iCIMS and Ceridian preferred.
