As a Bilingual Group Benefits Enrollment Consultant, you will play a vital role by traveling on behalf of our Group Insurance offices to facilitate the enrollment process for both new and existing customers. You will connect with clients on a personal level, positively impacting their lives by helping them access benefits that safeguard what matters most to them.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 for Group Benefits Enrollment Counselor and $85,000 - $90,000 for Senior Group Benefits Enrollment Counselor, plus an annual bonus opportunity.
401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and a 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Coordinate and facilitate the entire enrollment process for Group Insurance customers, ensuring operations are efficient and seamless.
Plan and execute enrollment strategies tailored to customer needs, maximizing employee participation while adhering to budget constraints.
Conduct enrollments and re-enrollments of employee groups for voluntary insurance products using various methods.
Create and deliver customized enrollment materials, collaborating with Group Sales Representatives, brokers, and employers to address specific communication requirements.
Provide operational support to Group Sales offices and assist in developing effective enrollment methodologies, processes, and tools for voluntary benefits management.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
2+ years of experience in group benefits enrollment, with extensive knowledge of voluntary group benefits and strong communication skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint for developing presentations and in Excel for navigating and data entry.
Licensed agent in your residence state, with the ability to obtain non-residence licenses.
Willingness to travel up to 75% during peak season and have a valid driver’s license.
Familiarity with competitor products and services.
A commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
Must live within a 3-hour radius of our office located in Chicago, IL and be able to travel within the Chicago area.
PREFERRED:
Experience with video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Brainshark, Amazon Polly, and iMovie.
