About the position:

We are currently seeking a

Digital Marketing Specialist

for our growing Birmingham/Tuscaloosa division! Under the direction of our VP of Sales & Marketing, in collaboration with our Division President, the Digital Marketing Specialist will design, create, and deliver marketing related content that supports the marketing efforts of our division. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in social media campaigns, comfortable teaching and coaching, understands the real estate industry, and is comfortable providing feedback for process improvement. Essential Functions: Strategize, plan, maintain, and manage content of all social media initiatives including Facebook, LinkedIn, and other division pilot programs; ensure all content is approved, accurate, and up-to-date

Implement social media best practices and integrate them into the marketing strategy

Determine target audience, create and launch campaigns to create buzz or generate leads through target audience

Maintain corporate sites with fresh, relevant, and inviting content; stay on top of industry trends for video, audio, photography, and social media

Provide feedback and analysis on social media online, content, and email marketing initiatives to Division leadership, as well as Region and Corporate Marketing; communicate all analytics and growth from social media initiatives to leadership

Train new sales agents on social media including approved practices and marketing changes

Write and review web-based marketing content to ensure grammar and information is accurate

Coordinate and execute all video production to include participating in pre-production strategy and planning meetings; develop, implement, and ensure brand consistency through video production process

Utilize Google Analytics to monitor, maintain, and report on overall domain as well as individual market reports

Collaborate with Online Sales team to train new sales agents on CRM

Provide feedback on current systems and processes; make process improvement recommendations as needed

Participate in corporate marketing initiatives as needed
