This internship will run full-time through the summer of 2026.
The position is based in our Mankato, Rochester, or Blue Earth, MN offices. Your Contributions: As a part of the Lending Operations team, you will assist with essential tasks like data management, training program development, and various department projects. A Typical Day Might Include: Assisting with the creation of engaging training materials. Supporting the upkeep of SharePoint pages. Preparing insightful reports and dashboards that track training metrics. Researching best practices for data accuracy and integrity. Helping develop guidelines to enhance data handling across the organization. Analyzing data to assess training effectiveness. Preferred Skills and Experience: Pursuing a degree in agribusiness, business administration, education, finance, or data management. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Compensation: The hourly wage ranges from $19 to $22, based on your academic level, work experience, and market conditions.
