Business Development Executive

to lead and grow our AWS-focused professional services business. In this role, you'll work closely with AWS sales and partner teams to drive business development across assigned accounts and territories. If you thrive in complex sales environments, enjoy building executive relationships, and have deep experience selling IT services in the AWS ecosystem, this role is for you. Responsibilities Drive business development efforts by working collaboratively with AWS sales and partner teams. Manage complex sales cycles end-to-end, including presentations to senior leadership at enterprise and global customers. Develop and execute account strategies to generate and grow business opportunities, in collaboration with internal go-to-market (GTM) teams and AWS stakeholders. Build and deepen executive relationships across the AWS regional and partner ecosystem to unlock new opportunities. Influence long-term strategic direction for customers, acting as a trusted business partner. Create compelling proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) in partnership with the Delivery team. Ensure deal profitability and long-term account growth. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Professional Services sales, ideally within a product/platform/data engineering company. Proven track record of success in IT services sales leadership roles. Experience working with AWS customers and strong existing relationships with AWS sellers in the U.S. Deep understanding of cloud-native services, application modernization, data engineering, and AI/ML solution sales. Experience in joint selling and complex project orchestration with AWS and partner organizations. Strong executive presence, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities. Comfortable working cross-functionally within an organization and externally with clients and partners. Willingness to travel nationally as needed.
