What You'll Do:
Lead the delivery of BECx services, ensuring quality assurance during both design and construction phases.
Manage project managers across multiple assignments, oversee diverse teams, and develop BECx best practices.
Contribute to business development, strategic planning, and forecasting while participating in recruiting, budgeting, and corporate initiatives.
Maintain relevant registrations and certifications (associated expenses for certifications and renewals are covered by MBP).
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking candidates who are enthusiastic about growing a service area and establishing a legacy of technical excellence and client impact. Ideal candidates will possess:
Licensure as a Registered Architect (RA) or certification as a BECxP or CxA+BE (or eligibility for certification).
5+ years of relevant experience in building enclosure design, construction administration, or commissioning.
Expertise in the BECx process.
Proficiency in enclosure systems, performance testing, and knowledge of common failure modes.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines while earning client trust.
Strong project management experience, encompassing budgeting, leadership, and business development.
The drive and vision to take ownership and expand the service into a strategic business line.
