What You’ll Do As a Cleaning & Restoration Technician, you’ll get hands-on experience helping people restore and protect their properties. No previous experience? No problem — we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
Your Day Could Include:
Cleaning carpets, tile, floors, and upholstery
Helping with water, fire, and mold restoration
Learning to operate specialized equipment
Keeping tools, vehicles, and job logs organized
Providing excellent service with a professional, friendly attitude
Opportunities to Level Up: As you gain experience, you can earn professional certifications like:
Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
Applied Structural Drying (ASD)
Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT)
Mold Remediation (AMRT/MRS)
What We’re Looking For:
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
A positive, team-oriented mindset
High school diploma or GED
Basic tech know-how (email, mobile apps, etc.)
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
