$5,000 Available Job Summary The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in caring for residents in our long-term care facility. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care while assisting with daily living activities. Under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN), you will ensure that the physical and psychological needs of residents are met according to their individualized care plans. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Offering support with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility. Monitoring vital signs and documenting interactions and changes in residents' conditions. Creating a positive dining experience by assisting with meals and maintaining cleanliness in living areas. Encouraging residents to participate in wellness and recreational programs. Assisting nursing staff with procedures and reporting any concerns to the charge nurse. Maintaining patient safety and following infection control protocols. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Minimum age of 16; prior nursing assistant experience is beneficial. Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or enrollment in a training program to obtain certification. Commitment to completing annual competency testing and continuing education. Valid driver’s license may be required depending on duties.
