Acushnet | Titleist , a distinguished global leader in golf ball manufacturing. We are currently in search of dedicated individuals for two pivotal roles:
Quality Assurance Specialist
and
Process Quality Auditor . These positions play a critical role in guaranteeing that Titleist products and processes uphold the highest standards of quality, performance, and consistency. New Bedford, MA Shift & Pay Weekend - Sat & Sun 11am - 11pm + one 8 hour weekday shift | $20.08 2nd Shift - Mon - Fri 3pm - 11pm | $20.15 3rd Shift - Sun - Thur 11pm - 7am | $21.32 What’s the Role?
Quality Assurance Specialist Conduct thorough audits of finished golf balls to ensure all quality standards are met. Train team members on core standards in ball manufacturing. Accurately record and compute results, generating detailed computerized reports. Measure and analyze the physical properties of golf balls and their components. Assist with diverse quality improvement projects as assigned. Process Quality Auditor Carry out comprehensive process and product audits to validate adherence to quality standards. Diagnose the root causes of quality issues and support effective resolutions. Communicate audit findings to team members and the Technical Team Leader. Conduct product tests and provide constructive feedback to the team. Support colleagues in achieving quality and productivity targets. What We're Looking For:
We are searching for reliable, motivated individuals who are ready to excel in a dynamic production environment. Ideal candidates should: Have excellent eyesight, attention to detail, and the ability to identify product defects. Adhere to established safety and quality procedures. Communicate effectively and collaborate well within a team. Be organized, dependable, and punctual. Pass a background check and drug screening. Have reliable transportation and be open to overtime work. Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and basic computer skills is a plus (training will be provided). What’s In It For You?
