DEDICATED ROUTES! Evening dispatch, Sunday through Friday. Most routes require no more than 36 hours. RESPONSIBILITIES: Unload products from the trailer using hand carts or by hand in various weather conditions and place them in designated customer areas according to specifications. Complete all necessary paperwork according to company and governmental guidelines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Follow food safety protocols to maintain product integrity during deliveries. Build positive relationships with customers through excellent service and communication. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management. REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of tractor-trailer driving experience preferred; completion of a tractor-trailer driving school may substitute for experience. CERTIFICATIONS: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License required; must maintain insurability. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of DOT regulations, Hazmat guidelines, and safe delivery practices is essential. Skills in long-distance driving, customer communication, and problem-solving are important. Ability to drive a tractor-trailer in various conditions while remaining alert and responsive to surroundings is crucial. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This role requires frequent sitting, talking, hearing, and lifting/moving products up to 50 pounds. Use of a hand cart for heavier loads (up to 350 pounds) is necessary. The associate must climb in/out of trailers, reach, bend, twist, and have specific visual abilities needed for driving and handling the product. WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment can expose the associate to varying temperatures, wet conditions, and moving mechanical parts. The typical schedule may require working overnight, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs. NOTICE:
