Job Title: Production Operator Client: Aerospace Industry Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension) Location: Phoenix, AZ 85043 Shift: 1st Shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
Always utilize proper PPE and safety equipment.
Follow and understand written instructions, documenting travelers and log sheets.
Maintain required production time standards.
Use precision measuring tools to ensure quality.
Produce parts per certification and quality guidelines.
Cross-train team members and support various production areas (grit blast, grinding, belt sand, chisel, tact weld, braze, cleaning).
Maintain housekeeping using 5-S principles.
Ensure compliance with company quality requirements and ethical standards.
Communicate professionally with peers, leadership, and customers.
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
Must pass required tests, including annual exams.
1+ years’ experience in a production environment .
Ability to meet performance standards within six months.
Intermediate computer skills.
Self-motivated, accountable, and team-oriented.
Lean skills and process improvement mindset.
