Supply Chain Sourcing Specialist (NPD Focus)

Our client, a recognized leader in commercial foodservice solutions, is looking for a Supply Chain Sourcing Specialist to play a key role in New Product Development (NPD).

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, sourcing, and supplier strategy—and wants to make an impact on how new products come to life.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading material sourcing—finding new materials, technologies, and suppliers to fuel NPD projects. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Global Sourcing, Product Management, Quality, and Purchasing to hit timelines, budgets, and quality targets. Driving supplier selection and development—ensuring the right material, right price, right supplier for both short- and long-term goals. Building and executing sourcing strategies that help bring innovative products to market.

What we’re looking for:

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience). 7+ years in Supply Chain, ideally supporting NPD or product design in OEM environments. Strong collaboration skills—you love working across teams and with suppliers. A problem-solver who knows how to balance cost, quality, and speed.

Why this role?

You’ll be the bridge between engineering and supply chain, shaping the sourcing strategy for next-gen commercial foodservice products. If you’re looking for a role where you can influence product development, drive supplier innovation, and see the impact of your work—this is it.
