All About Human Resources As part of our Human Resources (HR) team, you will champion change, eliminate obstacles, and forge diverse and inclusive talent strategies that support our guest-centric mission. We are dedicated to fostering a sales force that aims to exceed guest expectations while creating a fulfilling work environment for our teams. In the Human Resources Specialist role, you will gain: In-depth knowledge of employment laws at the federal, state, and local levels Experience using various workforce management programs and basic Microsoft Office Suite applications Proficiency in utilizing scheduling software effectively Responsibilities Collaborate with the HR leader to identify and address talent and staffing needs across the business, ensuring the right team mix to enhance guest experiences both in-store and online. Lead purposeful recruitment initiatives to assist store leaders in hiring candidates with the right skills to serve our guests better. Identify and support training needs for team members and leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Act as an expert resource in scheduling systems and payroll practices. Be approachable to team members, actively listening and taking action in collaboration with leaders as needed. Implement HR processes and programs effectively to boost team member engagement while minimizing business interruptions. Assist your leader in ensuring compliance with company policies to reduce risks associated with team member experiences. Greet guests warmly during daily tasks, creating a welcoming environment. Engage with guests to address their specific needs and ensure a positive shopping experience. Express gratitude to guests for shopping with us. Uphold a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. Work safely at all times, adhering to safety policies and practices, and reporting hazards as necessary.
