The Start Date for this role is July 21, 2025. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST, depending on availability. This position is focused on delivering exceptional customer service while collaborating with location management to handle a high volume of customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should be proactive, able to prioritize tasks, and troubleshoot effectively while adhering to established procedures. You will create a positive experience for every caller and must be meticulous, perceptive, organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Your responsibilities will include listening to customers to understand their needs, addressing any questions or concerns, and providing accurate and efficient resolutions. This is a full-time role that promotes a great work-life balance with no weekend shifts and paid holidays. The first 4 weeks of employment will be dedicated to comprehensive on-the-job training, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST. After training and certification, your shifts will fall between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST, based on availability. The ideal candidate will possess traits such as meticulousness, friendliness, empathy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Manage incoming customer calls Research account details Open, track, and resolve requests using internal systems Handle telephone inquiries efficiently Listen to customer concerns and respond appropriately Communicate effectively with Sales and Service representatives Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office/customer service environment Keyboard speed of at least 45 WPM Proficiency with multi-line phones and office equipment Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Familiarity with parcel and freight protocols and documentation Ethical, perceptive, confident, approachable, teachable, and meticulous High school diploma or GED equivalent Fluent in English and Spanish (written, spoken, and listening comprehension required) UniFirst is an equal opportunity employer.
