Job Summary: Please Note: This position is ON-SITE at our Clearwater, FL Office. OneStaff is on the lookout for talented local Recruiters. You will source and recruit healthcare professionals for short-term contract work across various healthcare facilities nationwide. Establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external staff through exceptional customer service and effective communication. As a Travel Nurse & Allied Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a vital role in our success by supporting the needs of traveling nurses during their work assignments. You'll be their dedicated hero, working in a fast-paced environment that acknowledges your hard work. Previous experience in Travel Nurse Recruiting is beneficial, but we also value backgrounds in Sales, Account Executive roles, or Account Management.
