The Role As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will support our client teams by deriving meaningful insights from data through advanced analytical techniques. Your ability to produce data-driven solutions in collaboration with various stakeholders will be crucial in driving business results. Work You Will Do Collaborate with client teams to identify opportunities for using advanced analytics to solve business challenges. Perform data mining and analysis to enhance business strategies. Design and implement custom AI/ML models and algorithms for data sets. Refine prompts for Generative AI applications. Utilize data-driven insights to influence business outcomes and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Develop processes and tools to create and monitor data models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Fine-tune Large Language Models to meet specific business requirements. Other duties as assigned. Requirements 3+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Math, or Engineering. Strong background in relational databases and advanced SQL query development. Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude Anthropic, OpenAI's ChatGPT, Meta Llama 2, Amazon Titan, and others. Proficient in data quality assurance and manipulation. Experience in statistics and model development using various machine learning algorithms. Familiarity with all of the following technologies:

Python AWS Sagemaker AWS Bedrock Supervised and Unsupervised Machine Learning

Ability to create data visualizations effectively. Excellent communication skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI. Confidence in presenting to senior executives and client leadership. Self-motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and resourceful with a collaborative spirit. Willingness for direct client interaction and possible travel to client locations. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred Requirements Based in Chicago, IL, with the flexibility to work from our Chicago office as required. The estimated base salary range is $100,000-$125,000, with potential for an annual discretionary bonus. This range is part of a comprehensive compensation package, including our Employee Stock Ownership Plan, employer-paid benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles.
