Your Responsibilities: Provide clarity and structure to the production cycle Create standardized tracking for time and hours Oversee budget management versus actual hours: from pre-job setup to post-job wrap-up Minimize operational inefficiencies Mentor and develop junior team members Foster a calm and organized environment in the field Daily Activities: Oversee all roofing production operations Coordinate field teams on a daily basis Manage scheduling, project startup, and project closeout Implement and enforce operational tracking systems Collaborate with field teams, sales, estimating, HR, and office staff Participate in weekly Production and Scheduling meetings Who You Are: You have experience as an Operations Manager in the commercial roofing sector, with senior managerial experience being highly valued. You possess a strong background in service and re-roofing, particularly with TPO systems. You exhibit emotional intelligence and strong people skills, inspiring trust and respect from your team.
