This position offers a hybrid work option, with up to 50% remote work, and is based out of our offices in Mankato, MN; Rochester, MN; or Sun Prairie, WI. Your contributions will make a difference: The primary focus of this role is to guide and manage the order processing of new vehicles for lease clients, acquisition clients, and Compeer team members. A typical day may include: Customer Service:

Serving as the primary contact for fleet team services, delivering vehicle specification quotes, lease rate quotes, and providing guidance on lease terms based on clients' needs. Fleet Management Program:

Handling new vehicle orders, creating purchase orders, guiding title registrations, and ensuring accurate documentation and reconciliations of dealer orders. Fleet Management Services:

Assisting in the closing of vehicle leases, coordinating marketing materials, and supporting the lease process from start to finish. Product Knowledge:

Continuously developing a firm understanding of fleet management products and attending industry-related events to stay updated. The skills and experience we prefer you have: Associate's degree in business administration, finance, agribusiness, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 1 year of experience in fleet management, leasing, or related fields preferred. Understanding of fleet management policies, leasing procedures, vehicle maintenance, and related programs. Strong client service skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of integrity and problem-solving ability. Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledgeable about industry-related software. Valid driver's license. How we will take care of you: The base pay range for this role is $50,900-$72,100 USD. Please note that job titles may encompass various career levels, and actual titles and salaries will be determined by experience, training, and market demands.
