In this pivotal role, you will enhance our organization by leading and managing Recruitment & Retention strategies across our operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent within the foster care system. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives on strategic thinking and has a passion for making a difference. As a strong communicator, you will be focused on making impactful decisions that yield real outcomes. You will demonstrate problem-solving skills, financial prudence, and effective collaboration within our team. Your role will include: Utilizing data analytics to ensure targeted recruitment meets current demands. Executing the annual recruitment plan and mining existing and potential contacts for referrals. Establishing and promoting Necco as a leader in foster care by engaging with the community through events. Building and nurturing relationships with foster parents, local businesses, and community organizations. Using our CRM to manage follow-up communications with prospective foster parents, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly. As part of your key responsibilities, you will: Lead the certification process in compliance with state licensing requirements, including initial training and home study approval. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state regulations regarding foster homes. Assess families throughout the training and home study process and provide necessary foster parent training classes. Participate in the youth admissions process from referral to first placement. Oversee the management of foster parent records ensuring accuracy in pipeline tracking. We expect you to manage all aspects of initial training for foster parents, ensuring compliance with our organizational principles. You will also provide ongoing support and advisory services to foster families on a rotating basis. Qualifications for this role include: A minimum of 21 years of age. A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service-related field (varies by state). A minimum of 2 years of experience in the human services field. Valid Driver's License and auto insurance coverage. Strong computer skills and the capacity to learn new technologies swiftly. Outstanding communication and organizational abilities. Successful completion of required criminal background checks.
