Job Title: Shipping And Receiving Worker (ENTRY LEVEL)
Job Description
Join our team as a Receiving Clerk where you will play a vital role in our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of products.
Responsibilities
Perform 50% of your duties on a forklift and 50% on foot, including packing, picking, and general labor tasks.
Follow specific work instructions and best practices to safely and accurately complete daily assignments.
Ensure compliance with all operational processes and procedures, meeting customer requirements and federal/state/local regulations.
Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation.
Inspect pallets and cases for proper quantities, items, brands, and lot codes, and follow any special instructions.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
Participate in all assigned training programs and adhere to all learnings.
Perform additional forklift responsibilities when case picking tasks are completed.
Complete other assigned job duties as needed.
Essential Skills
Ability to load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack, and stage products and materials using a Stand Up Forklift or other power equipment.
Follow specific work instructions and best practices.
Conduct operations in compliance with customer requirements and regulations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in sanitation, janitorial duties, and cleaning.
Ability to follow a set sanitation schedule and provide general janitorial services for the cold storage logistics center.

Work Environment
You will be working in a cold storage facility with weekend shifts available. The first shift operates from Friday to Monday, 5 AM to 3:30 PM, and the second shift from Friday to Monday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Dress code and safety measures are in place to ensure a secure working environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.42 - $20.42/hr.
