Pay:
Up to $35.00/hr. + Overtime | Weld Test Required
A leading mechanical contractor is seeking experienced Combo Pipe Welders for ongoing commercial and industrial new construction projects across Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
Weld carbon steel pipe using 6010 root and 7018 fill/cap
Weld stainless and other types of metal pipe as needed
Perform 6G welds that pass X-ray inspection
Work on high-pressure pipe systems for large-scale construction
Read blueprints and follow welding procedures
Follow the jobsite safety standards
Requirements:
Must pass
an in-house 6G weld test (X-Ray)
Must have reliable transportation to commute to job sites across DFW
Experience in pipe welding in commercial or industrial construction settings
Ability to work four 10-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift
Benefits:
Pay up to $35/hour, based on experience and weld test results
