Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
HVAC Service Sales Representative
to drive growth and profitability in the
Atlanta market . This role is responsible for
building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, developing retrofit project opportunities, and expanding service agreements .
The ideal candidate has
strong industry relationships, proven success in mechanical services sales, and the ability to position our team as the provider of choice .

Key Responsibilities
Develop and close retrofit project opportunities within assigned territories
Leverage existing industry relationships to generate new business and expand accounts
Maintain and grow an existing book of business with repeat clients
Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure customer needs are met from proposal through completion
Conduct site visits, assessments, and presentations to support sales opportunities
Stay current on HVAC/mechanical service trends to effectively position offerings
Present and secure proposals, ensuring smooth project kickoffs and customer onboarding
Maintain, extend, and support service agreements, creating pull-through opportunities
Track progress and account status using CRM and reporting tools
Develop and implement territory marketing plans aligned with company strategy
Accountabilities
Ongoing professional development through company-sponsored training to remain at the forefront of industry expertise
Deliver elite customer service to ensure we remain the trusted partner for HVAC and refrigeration needs
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience selling or working in
mechanical services
Proven success in
retrofit project sales
Strong relationships in
industrial and/or medical markets
Experience selling
service and maintenance agreements
Knowledge of
building HVAC systems and service methodologies
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Behavioral & Technical Skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Solid math skills (rate, ratio, percentage, graphs)
Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks effectively
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Field-based role requiring travel to multiple customer sites daily
Regular standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and crawling
Frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
