Work Arrangement:
This position is based in Lithia Springs, GA, with a hybrid work model and may require up to 10% travel. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the architect team to design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure projects, focusing on server management, virtualization technologies, and storage solutions. Oversee and enhance Azure Stack HCI setup, including configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning. Demonstrate proficiency in Hyper-V virtualization and ensure seamless operation of virtual environments. Manage Dell infrastructure including Dell PowerFlex, Data Domain, dHCI Storage, and APEX Cloud Management. Configure and maintain SD Networking infrastructure, utilizing advanced networking techniques. Administer Windows OS clustering and utilize Windows Admin Center for efficient system management. Conduct capacity and performance planning to anticipate infrastructure growth needs and ensure high availability. Engage in data center physical maintenance, including rack/stack and cabling responsibilities. Automate tasks with PowerShell to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention. Document infrastructure configurations and procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance. Participate in the on-call rotation as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of experience; or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience, with 3+ years of experience. Specific Skills: Expertise in managing physical and virtual server environments. Deep knowledge of Azure Stack HCI, System Center VM Manager, and Hyper-V technologies. Strong experience managing Dell infrastructure and storage solutions. Familiar with SD Networking concepts. Proficient in Windows OS Clustering and performance planning. Skilled in scripting with PowerShell. Familiar with Linux OS, especially RHEL. Knowledgeable in Nutanix, Ansible AWX, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure ARC. Experience with Veeam Backup Platform (v12+).
