We are representing a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across Texas. This private equity-backed firm combines technology expertise with a consultative approach, offering strategic guidance and impactful client partnerships. About the Role The Client Success Executive (CSE) is a senior client-facing role responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships, providing high-level IT consulting, and guiding clients through complex technology initiatives. This role combines business strategy, technical expertise, and executive communication to ensure clients’ technology environments align with their business goals. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship holder for assigned clients, providing strategic guidance on IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
Develop and maintain 18–24 month technology roadmaps and IT budgets to align technology solutions with client business objectives.
Schedule and lead executive meetings, presentations, and roadmap reviews with company leaders and decision-makers.
Gather and analyze client feedback, assessments, and industry best practices to inform strategic planning.
Oversee onboarding of new clients, ensuring seamless integration and strong initial relationships.
Maintain accurate records of client opportunities, roadmaps, and forecasted implementations in internal systems.
Support prioritization, management, and delivery of IT solutions, providing education on services and upgrades.
Qualifications
5–10+ years of experience in IT consulting, client success, or account management within an MSP or technology services environment.
Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and business-aligned technology strategy.
Strong executive communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects, client roadmaps, and IT budgets.
