FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity
Maintain, test, and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices
Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs
Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards
Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately
Manage our quality assurance division and ensure all employees meet their required quotas
Provide training and support to QA team
Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines
Comply with all safety, hazardous material and OSHA training, rules, and reporting, ensuring a safe work environment
Meet productivity standards after successfully completing training
REQUIREMENTS
18 years old
Previous experience in a distribution center environment helpful
Maintain flexibility regarding job assignments including other departments, brands, locations, and mandatory overtime
Be a team player with the ability to work well with others
Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time, up to 10 hours per day
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Work in repetitive environment that includes 1 or more of the following for up to 12 hours: grasp, grip, reach, pull, push, bend, squat, kneel, twist, or balance
Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity
Pass a background check and drug test
Communication skills.
