ER RN Travel Job Details:

- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Hours per Week: 36 or 48 hours (based on preference)
- Schedule: Every other weekend and holidays required
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1880–$2020
Emergency Room RN Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact state
- Current Emergency Room RN certification (BLS, ACLS, and TNCC preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of recent RN experience in acute care settings
- At least 1 year of travel nursing experience and Level 1 trauma center experience required
- Compliance with all onboarding health and background requirements
ER RN Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care based on acuity and clinical protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
