As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a
motivated and results-driven Outside Truss Sales Rep
to expand our reach and build long-term relationships with builders, contractors, and developers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected company where your expertise will make a direct impact on both our customers’ success and our company’s growth.
What You’ll Do
As an
Outside Truss Sales Rep , you’ll be the face of our company in the field, working directly with customers to provide solutions and grow market share. Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining
strong relationships
with builders, contractors, and developers throughout your assigned territory.
Identifying new business opportunities and
developing strategies
to increase sales and revenue.
Working closely with
estimating, design, and production teams
to deliver accurate bids and project solutions.
Conducting
on-site visits, presentations, and jobsite meetings
to promote our products and services.
Understanding customers’ needs to provide
technical guidance and support
throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Bring
We’re looking for an
Outside Truss Sales Rep
who is passionate about the building materials industry and skilled at driving business growth.
3+ years of outside sales experience
in trusses, lumber, or related building materials.
Strong knowledge of
roof trusses, floor trusses, and framing systems .
Ability to
read and interpret blueprints and construction documents .
Proven track record of
developing relationships and closing deals
in a competitive market.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills .
