Office Assistant - Hauppauge, NY

LHH is looking for an Office Assistant for our client in Hauppauge, NY. This position would be working with a Consumer Products Company and focus on data entry and ad-hoc projects.

This Office Assistant will be part of the 6 person administrative team and can also assist with the following: Telephone support/screening

Filing

Copying

Scanning

Scheduling

Requirements:

Previous front desk or office support experience

Professional written and oral communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

A positive, "can do" attitude!

This position will compensate between $18-22/hr, contingent on experience.
