We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our Information Security team. This role is responsible for day-to-day user provisioning, ticket management, and access administration within

Azure Active Directory

and related IAM tools. The analyst will play a key role in writing and maintaining procedures, ensuring documentation accuracy, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate will also bring a forward-looking mindset-helping to streamline processes through automation and enhancing monitoring capabilities for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve IAM service requests and incidents through the ticketing system in a timely and accurate manner. Provide user provisioning and de-provisioning across Azure AD and Okta, ensuring access is aligned with policies and business needs. Write and maintain clear procedures, documentation, and user guides to support consistent IAM operations. Support and improve ongoing IAM processes such as password management, MFA, access reviews, and entitlement management. Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual effort, increase efficiency, and improve user experience. Collaborate with IT and Security teams to strengthen monitoring and reporting of IAM activity. Assist with internal and external audit requests by gathering documentation and providing responses. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements and adopting best practices. Provide guidance and training to junior staff on IAM policies, tools, and procedures. Qualifications:

5+ years of Information Security or IT experience 2+ years specializing in Identity and Access Management Strong hands-on experience with

Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) for IAM requests and incident management Demonstrated experience with user provisioning, account management, and access monitoring Strong technical writing skills for documenting policies, procedures, and workflows Familiarity with automation concepts (e.g., scripting, workflow tools) Knowledge of authentication methods (e.g., MFA) and access governance Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams Forward-thinking mindset with an interest in enhancing monitoring and reporting capabilities Highly accountable, adaptable, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
