We're seeking a motivated and personable BDC Agent to join our team at Richfield Bloomington Honda. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming attitude, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a key member of our Business Development Center, you'll help create a transparent and positive buying journey for our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and online platforms Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales department Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain engagement Accurately update and manage customer information in our CRM system Qualifications
Must speak Spanish Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based tools Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Benefits
