The Performance Marketing Intern supports the execution and reporting of paid media campaigns across , helping to drive online visibility, traffic, and sales. This internship offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to a dynamic digital marketing team.
FUNCTIONS:
Paid Media (SEM & Social):
Write, edit, and QA ad copy, headlines, and CTAs for Google, Meta, TikTok, and evergreen campaigns.
Ensure all ad creatives and URLs are accurate, aligned to brief, and optimized for performance.
Conduct keyword and competitive research to inform SEM copy.
Collaborate with the social and media teams on creative briefs, ensuring messaging consistency across paid and organic.
Creative Briefing & Asset Management:
Partner with the studio and social teams to brief in assets for display, video, and social campaigns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (social, content, ecommerce) to align on creative needs and timelines.
Manage asset sharing with the agency team, ensuring proper formats and versions are distributed.
QA final creative files across placements (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Criteo).
Criteo & Display:
Partner with the studio team to develop creative assets for Criteo and other display campaigns.
Track placement-level performance and report on top-performing partners and formats.
Recommend creative and targeting optimizations based on campaign learnings.
Reporting & Insights:
Update weekly and monthly reports for tracking KPIs.
Compile insights into clear presentations for cross-functional partners and leadership.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
Coursework or hands-on experience in digital marketing (agency, in-house, or academic projects).
Interest in ad copywriting and creative briefing for paid media campaigns.
1-2 years of digital marketing experience (agency or in-house) preferred.
Some experience or coursework in ad copywriting and creative briefing for paid media campaigns is a plus.
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and Criteo.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance KPIs.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative communicator.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Work Hours & Location:
Working alongside of Caroline De Jenlis, Global Chief Digital Officer; Jordan Phonsouvan, E-Commerce Director, Americas; and Fatima Quiusky, Marketplace & E-retailer Director, Americas.
Reports to the Performance Marketing Manager.
Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
Work location is in the corporate office located in New York City (Flatiron District area).
Hybrid work schedule office/remote defined by management.
