Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls/greet customer's as they enter the dealership
Schedule service appointments/Follow up appointments
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications:
Customer service experience
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Attention to detail
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and hardworking personality
Strong computer skills
