Travel MRI Technologist - $2,756 per week

Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Boston, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: MRI Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 01/26/2026 Duration: 26 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after imaging procedures Screen patients for contraindications (implants, allergies, etc.) and explain the procedure clearly Operate and maintain MRI equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and report malfunctions Collaborate with Radiologists and other healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely results Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation using Epic/RIS/PACS systems Adhere to hospital policies and ACR safety guidelines for MRI environments Qualifications ARRT (MR) or ARRT (R) with MR registry required (or registry eligible with timeline) Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license (or eligibility) BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred) Minimum 1 year of MRI experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical rotations may be considered Experience with Siemens and/or GE MRI scanners a plus About Prime Time Healthcare Prime Time Healthcare is a leading provider of traveling healthcare professionals nationwide.
