$18-$19/hour 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday-Friday What You'll Be Doing
Assemble metal parts and components according to specifications and blueprints Operate fabrication equipment, including brake presses, punch presses, band saws, and shears Use hand and power tools accurately and efficiently Read blueprints and follow detailed instructions to ensure proper assembly Perform precise measurements using a tape measure (down to 8ths, 16ths, and 32nds) Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods throughout your shift Cross-train on various machines to expand your skills Pass a basic math test to confirm measurement accuracy and attention to detail Who We're Looking For
1-3 years of manufacturing experience is a must Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong ruler and measurement skills; must pass a math test Comfortable working in a physically active, hands-on environment Able to lift 40-50 lbs Reliable, trainable, and eager to grow
